The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on Friday asked its affiliated schools to send this year’s ISC examinees’ scores in all tests held in classes XI and XII by June 7. The move, principals said, was in keeping with the council’s recent decision to continually evaluate students so that in the event of its inability to hold board exams the scores could be used to prepare their marksheets.

Anandakirshnan also served as chairman of IIT-Kanpur and headed the Tamil Nadu Curriculum Revision Committee (2017) which revamped state board syllabus from Class I to XII.
The school education department is willing to conduct class 12 exams. The department has made it clear that they can wait till July, but giving general promotion is not viable. Exams are likely to be held in July.
