Goa State Higher Education Council (Amendment) Bill passed in state assembly

The state legislative assembly passed the Goa State Higher Education Council (Amendment) Bill, 2019, on Thursday which paves the way for 10 additional experts to be appointed to the Goa State Higher Education Council.
