Punjab govt urged to open scholarship portal for SC students

Punjab Unaided Colleges Association (PUCA) urged Department of Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Punjab Government to open Dr. Ambedkar's Scholarship Portal for SC students of Punjab for the session 2019-20.
