Chief adviser to CMO among 5 get honorary degree in FM University convocation

R Balakrishnan, chief adviser to chief minister Naveen Patnaik’s office, among five noted personalities were awarded with honorary doctorate degrees at the 11th annual convocation of the Fakir Mohan University Balasore on Saturday. Balakrishnan, a retired IAS officer and former development commissioner of Odisha government, was not present at the convocation to receive the honorary doctorate degree.
